This 37-floor, 325-unit  high-rise residential tower embraces the future of increased density planned for Seattle’s emerging Denny Triangle neighborhood, and enhances the urban experience both in the unit design and street level expression.

The building engages neighborhood activity with street-level retail storefronts and a public plaza integrated into the entry lobby.  In response to the tower’s location on a city-designated Green Street, a vertical pattern of landscape elements is woven into lower portions of the building façade.

Composed of a taut curtainwall glazing system with punched balconies, the highly transparent building envelope provides abundant natural light to all residential units, reducing need for artificial lighting and associated energy consumption, and expanding the sense of interior space with expansive views of the city, mountains, and water.  The highly efficient, open unit types are designed to suit a wide range of lifestyles within a rapidly evolving, contemporary urban environment.
