Rich has 39 years of experience working on complex, technical, and fast-track projects for a wide variety of project types. His extensive understanding of all phases, from schematic design through construction administration, and his exceptional leadership skills have resulted in successful projects throughout the nation. Rich effectively communicates with all project team members, including the client and design consultants, while managing and producing complete and cohesive construction documents. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University.
Some of Rich’s representative projects include Washington State Convention Center Summit Addition, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, and the Science and Technology Building at Peninsula College.
