Kate’s interests lie in creating publicly engaged and highly sustainable architecture, integrating emerging technology in design, fabrication, and analysis with thoughtful attention to how environments influence the human experience. Kate has 11 years of design experience and brings a broad understanding and creative insight to projects of various sizes and complexity; and her dedication to design excellence provides innovative, holistic design and technical solutions. Since joining LMN, she has contributed to a diverse array of civic and cultural projects, including education, hospitality, and convention center facilities. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
Some of Kate’s representative projects include the Washington State Convention Center Summit Addition, Founders Hall, Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, and the Hyatt Regency Seattle.
