David has 37 years of experience working on education, office, urban design, and retail facilities as a project manager. His ability to successfully coordinate with multiple owner and client representatives, consultant teams, contractors, and city agency personnel continues to be instrumental in delivering successful projects. Through his extensive experience in managing large projects with complex programs, David has demonstrated the capacity to effectively control the cost and schedule while producing the highest quality of design for the project. David earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit, completed a Florence Study Program in Florence, Italy, and received a Design Firm Leadership and Management Certificate from the University of Washington.
Some of David’s representative projects include PACCAR Hall, Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Eastside Tech Tenant’s East Campus Modernization and RedWest South project.
