Rob Maxfield is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership and strategic planning. As Director of Finance at LMN Architects, he oversees the firm’s financial operations, ensuring stability and growth while supporting its creative mission. Rob brings a strong background in accounting, tax strategy, and process improvement, coupled with a commitment to operational excellence and client service. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. As a Seattle native, many of LMN’s projects have been meaningful touchstones throughout Rob’s life, deepening his connection to the firm’s work and its impact on the community.
