On June 8, 2026, LMN proudly hosted the ACE Mentor Program of Washington Industry Leaders Reception at The Shop, bringing together students, mentors, and industry partners to celebrate an incredible year for architecture, engineering, and construction education in our region.

ACE is a 501©3 nonprofit dedicated to introducing students to careers in the integrated building industry. This year, more than 400 students from 91 Seattle-area high schools joined 248 professional mentors from local A/E/C firms, forming 16 teams across Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and a virtual option.

The evening had a standout moment when Associate Chris Martin received the Outstanding Mentor Award from ACE Vice President Brad Strandquist, recognizing his exceptional dedication to guiding students through the design and construction process.

A huge thanks to all the LMN employees who dedicated time and passion in support of the ACE program this year. The impact is meaningful. We are also grateful to our collaborators, ACE, Skanska, Portrayals Portrait Studio, and Green Apple Events and Catering, for helping make the evening a success.
