Urban Design

LMN’s approach to urban design leverages the firm’s multidisciplinary studio to bring diverse perspectives to a variety of projects engaging the urban realm. We undertake urban design assignments in many capacities, bringing a researched-based, systems approach to collaborative design and problem solving. We approach every assignment as an opportunity to align the needs of infrastructure, communities, and leadership in a process that prioritizes equity, sustainability and resiliency. We specialize in projects at the seams of traditionally conceived architectural and planning practice, including infrastructure design, campus planning, urban redevelopment, and planning strategy. With this diverse body of work we aim to provide our clients – ranging from communities to agencies to developers – the tools to manage growth through policies, programs, and strategic investments.
