Principal, Employee Experience Manager

Kristen’s passion lies in the development and support of people and their employment experience. As LMN’s Employee Experience Manager, she understands HR’s vital role in advocating for employees and promoting a work environment where people can grow and contribute their best work. An adaptable problem-solver, Kristen enjoys finding creative solutions that balance the laws and regulations inherent to HR with meeting employee needs. Kristen is dedicated to continuous learning and staying current within the HR profession, having earned and actively maintained a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, SHRM-Senior Professional certification (SHRM-SCP), and Senior Professional HR (SPHR) certification.

Kristen is an active volunteer and mentor at the Lake Washington Human Resources Association, a local chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), guiding and mentoring new members in the HR profession. She is also a volunteer for Dress for Success, helping women to prepare for interviews and navigate the job offer process. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts and History from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School.
