Receptionist

LMN Architects is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Receptionist. Operating within a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment, the ideal candidate will be highly professional, competent and well-spoken as the voice and face of LMN at our front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every individual with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answers incoming calls and directs those calls to the proper parties.
  • Coordination of multiple conference rooms and car scheduling.
  • Assumes the role of concierge as required.
  • Maintains safe and clean lobby and work space.
  • Maintains and updates employee contact list.
  • Processes mail, UPS, FedEx and courier services.
  • Assists in coordinating office events and places catering orders as requested.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two+ years of experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Zoom meeting software is a plus.
  • Effective, positive human relations skills including communication, tact, collaboration and the ability to work with all levels of leadership and staff.
  • Resourceful, motivated, willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
  • Professional, competent demeanor, strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, phone and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient and adaptable.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
