Project Administrator

LMN Architects is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Project Administrator. Project Administrators support project teams and the office to ensure the efficient functioning of the day to day operations of projects and the firm.

Typical duties include all aspects of facilitating a project team and the smooth running of the office including scheduling meetings, assisting in developing presentations, setting up food and beverages, record keeping, coordinating and providing meeting resources, working with subcontractors and vendors, producing technical data and correspondence, preparing travel arrangements, supporting company events, safety coordination and other project and office related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Effective, positive human relations skills including communication, tact, collaboration and the ability to work with all levels of leadership and staff.
  • Resourceful, motivated, willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
  • Strong work ethic, diplomatic, team and service oriented, builds strong working relationships.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and materials and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Able to run out of office errands as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two+ years of directly related professional office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Zoom Meeting software is a plus.
  • Valid WA state driver license.
  • Qualified to work legally in the US.
