Project Administrator

LMN Architects is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Project Administrator. Project Administrators support project teams and the office to ensure the efficient functioning of the day to day operations of projects and the firm.

Operating as a single studio, teams are organized around the needs of a project ensuring a rich mix of expertise and diversity of talent. LMN is small enough that we can get to know all our colleagues but large enough to have the resources to complete projects of scale.

Typical duties include all aspects of facilitating a project team and the smooth running of the office including scheduling meetings, assisting in developing presentations, setting up food and beverages, recordkeeping, account reconciliation, coordinating and providing meeting resources, working with subcontractors and vendors, producing technical data and correspondence, preparing travel arrangements, supporting company events, safety coordination, serving as backup receptionist (office opener, breaks, lunch, and vacation coverage shared with other team members), plus other project and office related duties as assigned.


  • Effective, positive human relations skills including communication, tact, collaboration and the ability to work with all levels of leadership and staff.
  • Resourceful, motivated, willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
  • Strong work ethic, diplomatic, team and service oriented, builds strong working relationships.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and materials (up to 50 lbs., using safe lifting techniques), and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Able to run project/office related errands in and out of office as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two+ years of directly related professional office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the Architect/Engineer/Construction industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Prior experience with Deltek Vision (or similar ERP platform) and Zoom Meeting software are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Valid WA state driver license and ability to drive a variety of passenger vehicle types – all with automatic transmission.
  • Qualified to work legally in the US.
