Employee Experience Manager

LMN Architects is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Employee Experience Manager. This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of initiatives across the organization aimed at improving the employee experience and LMN firm culture. The Employee Experience Manager must possess strong relationship building skills and is expected to play a proactive and visible role at LMN.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Manage staff recruiting, screening, interviewing and on/off boarding.
  • Development: Facilitate staff training, mentorship, continuing education, path to licensure, knowledge sharing and leadership skills.
  • Performance: Coordinate performance reviews, staff coaching and alignment of staff goals with project assignments.
  • Compensation: Participate in staff compensation evaluations and assist in updating LMN’s compensation framework.
  • Culture: Enhance community, diversity, equity, transparency and retention.

Qualifications

  • Relevant BS/BA degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success developing, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams.
  • Familiarity with architectural or design practices a plus.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office required, Deltek Vision a plus.
