The Summit Office Tower Complex
Comprising three mid-rise towers, the Summit office complex strengthens the urban character of downtown Bellevue. While expanding the central business district, it also reinforces the urban street grid and anchors the southeast corner of the Central Business District.
The composition of the three towers creates a hierarchy of urban gestures. The scale of the buildings mediate the large size of the downtown block, while at the street level a series of distinct architectural elements animate the pedestrian experience. Landscaped promenades engage the base of the buildings with the street, inviting tenants and passersby into a south-facing central courtyard.
Connected to the courtyard is the signature interior space, the Summit Room, which combines the functions of lobby, building lounge and meeting area as a shared tenant amenity. The room’s central focus and comfortable furnishings support a diverse range of group interaction and information exchange.
