The Summit Office Tower Complex
Interior Design
The interior design of The Summit, a three-building office development, reinvents the workplace by extending the working environment beyond the tenant floors and into the building’s public spaces and amenities.
The signature element, the Summit Room, combines the functions of meeting space, building lounge and lobby, creating a central gathering area. The room has become a sought-after amenity for tenants, facilitating interaction between workgroups and firms to fuel productive information exchange. Additional amenities include a media room and a variety of semi-private meeting environments.
A large fireplace and concierge desk welcome users to the space. Individual furniture groupings lie under distinctive curves in the ceiling, with a materials palette of limestone flooring, dark and light wood, upholsteries in golds, rusts, and reds, all punctuated by bronze, stone, and stainless steel sculptures. Access points around the space lead to the exterior plaza. An adjoining cafe, Pogacha, serves Northwest cuisine.
