The Washington State Ferries’ Seattle Multi-Modal Ferry Terminal Master Plan improves pedestrian and vehicular access, and reclaims the waterfront as an active urban and civic amenity.

The mixed-use, transit-oriented master plan includes a new auto holding dock and passenger terminal; improves WSF services; provides new amenities to customers and the surrounding district; and provides multiple options to accommodate future growth.

The project offers environmental opportunities for an augmented marine habitat while meeting or exceeding LEED® Silver certification. Creation of quality urban and recreational public spaces create linkages between historic Pioneer Square and the downtown Seattle waterfront.
