Expansion Feasibility Master Plan Study

1hi
/ Work / Los Angeles Convention Center / .

This large, ambitious civic project essentially forms its own urban district. Development strategies encompass a wide range of planning issues, from freeway access, public transportation and arterial boulevards to multiple neighborhood adjacencies.

The development strategies work in conjunction with convention center functionality, configuration, scale and aesthetic to effectively engage the larger patterns of urban activity. The master plan addresses architectural and urban planning requirements in combination with the governmental approval process, phased implementation strategies and analysis of potentially available land parcels relative to facility size, functionality and urban impacts.
