WSU’s Riverpoint Campus is the location of the Intercollegiate College of Nursing Building. By relocating nursing to this Campus, the Intercollegiate College Nursing program can utilize many of the existing campus facilities, and also share many benefits of interaction with the other Health Sciences programs.

The building is configured with four floors above grade with a footprint of approximately 18,000 gross square feet. Included in the building program are: a large practice laboratory, research laboratory spaces, distance education classrooms, computer labs, and offices. The design includes enhanced labe & office orientation and organization, as well as community spaces that create a connection with the rest of the campus.

In addition to the building, the project has site improvements including an exterior courtyard for faculty and student interaction. The building enhances the campus master plan, becoming the primary structure at the primary entrance to the Riverpoint Campus.
