Known for its flexible and collaborative work practices, global financial services firm Frank Russell Company required an interior design that would support those principles for an expansion into two floors of the Columbia Bank Center.

The workspace design is focused on transparency. Generous areas of clear glass define the offices and meeting spaces, allowing maximum daylight and views for the translucent panel-lined interior workstations. Along the arc-shaped east facade of the building, woven wire mesh curtains separate a series of teaming stations, in an undulating pattern to reflect the curving building form. The selection of furnishings emphasizes flexibility, mobility and connectivity.

A diversity of work environments support the fluid nature of workflow at Frank Russell, ranging from perimeter offices in varying layouts to open workstations and teaming areas. A series of conference rooms, pre-function spaces and reception areas punctuate the perimeter of the floors, serving to enhance information exchange and collaboration.
