Throughout our firm’s history, LMN has been deeply involved in planning and design of efficient and flexible office buildings for a wide variety of public and private clients, including more than 30 office buildings totaling in excess of 5 million square feet. This experience encompasses private development projects, corporate offices and other types of administrative facilities, within both urban and campus contexts.

We provide programming, space planning, interior and architectural design services, and possess comprehensive understanding of the issues critical to successful office environments, including tenant flexibility, organizational culture and operational efficiency. We recognize the importance of envisioning the user experience in its entirety. Tenant space, streetscape, lobbies, common areas and architectural expression are conceived as interconnected elements of an integrated whole – appropriately linking the activity and presence of the building to its surroundings.

Sustainable design is integral to all aspects of our design process, resulting in environmentally responsive work places that capitalize on daylight, fresh air, natural materials and views. We seek to embrace the local environmental conditions in the quality of the space, and employ both passive and active building systems to optimize human comfort while minimizing energy consumption.
