about our work

The depth of LMN's retail project experience has provided us with a thorough understanding of design approaches that create successful retail centers. LMN retail site masterplanning projects begin with a design strategy based on analyzing site alternatives, tenant layout options, current industry trends, and budget criteria. With our food court designs, LMN ensures optimum operational performance of food court facilities by planning efficient tenant layouts, sufficient storage areas, and adequate seating areas in a comfortable, visually stimulating, integrated dining environment. LMN has also created comprehensive environmental graphics packages that include building and site elements such as facility directories, specialty theme lighting, kiosks, wayfinding devices, and store and site signage.

LMN is also a leader in the design of mixed-use developments that include retail, office building, entertainment, and residential components. Each of these projects is planned to incorporate a balanced mix of activities, which results in the round-the-clock-activity vital to the economic growth of the community, as well as the success of the overall development. LMN understands the importance of such projects and has translated this understanding to create vibrant, innovative, and exciting town center developments.
